Nuvo Technologies, Inc. was founded in 1989 as one of the first technology companies in the newly forming field of large-format digital reprographics. Doing business as Precision Laser Plotting and later as PLP Digital Systems, we led the reprographics industry for 14 years with PlotWorks® printing/scanning systems. PlotWorks® is in use in more than 30 countries worldwide.

In 2003, Nuvo sold the reprographic technology rights to PLP Digital Systems, Inc. and expanded development efforts into the world of wireless technology for consumer, commercial, and military applications.

This year earmarks the release of BarVision®, the first of many Nuvo products based on patent-pending RF and manufacturing designs. In the future, we will continue to broaden the product line with wireless solutions for personal safety, asset tracking, and presence management.
